Are POPPY products washable?
Yes! All of our products are tended to with love and care. Before they are shipped to you, items are gently pre-washed so that you can wear them immediately upon receipt! Guidelines for cleaning are as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Always use a mesh delicates wash bag when washing your POPPY items.
2. Wash on gentle cycle in cold or lukewarm water with regular laundry detergent. Do not bleach.
3. Hang to air dry.
Are custom orders accepted?
Yes, indeed! Custom orders can be requested via our Contact page. Please allow 48 hours for us to get back to you with any questions and confirmations. Please note that the processing time for your custom order will depend on the nature of your request (number of items, style being requested, materials needed, etc.).
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working to offer this in the near future.
What if I need to return or exchange an item?

Is POPPY available anywhere else?
Currently, POPPY is an e-commerce operation only. On occasion, we may participate in local trunk shows in the NJ/NYC area. If you'd like to be notified of these events, leave us your e-mail through our Contact page!
